Certainly! You can use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) for copayments and outstanding balances if we accept your insurance, or for the entire payment of services if you’re paying out of pocket. Both scenarios are eligible for FSA and HSA use.
We will provide a super-bill for the service provided, which you can submit to your insurance company. Your insurance carrier may reimburse you partly or entirely based on your out-of-network benefits.
When you receive a new bill from MindWeal, we’ll send three text reminders, each a week apart, to prompt online payment. If unpaid, a statement is mailed. If the bill isn’t paid 30 days after the statement is sent, we send a text reminder, followed by a final reminder letter after two more weeks.
If the bill remains unpaid, your account will be given to a collection agency and our services will cease, including appointments, medication refills, communications, and referrals.
Even after full payment, services won’t resume unless you also cover the collection costs, including a 40% collection agency fee and any legal and court costs.

If the bill remains unpaid after 3 electronic reminders, we will send you a statement in the mail. You can then choose to make the payment by mailing us a check, sending your credit card information through the mail, or simply calling us with your credit or debit card details. Please note that we do not accept cash, money orders or demand drafts.
