If you’re an established patient at MindWeal, use this HIPAA-compliant form to connect with our front office or your provider. We ensure your message is handled securely and promptly.

  • Non-Emergency Use Only: This form is for non-emergency issues or questions. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room (ER).
  • Office Hours and Response Time: Our office operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and select regional holidays. Messages received during business hours are typically addressed within one business day, but it may take up to two business days for a response.
  • Medication Refills: Medication refills are usually processed within one business day but may take up to three business days. Please request refills before running low to avoid disruptions. Check our Prescription Refill Policy for more information.
  • Scheduling Follow-Up Appointments: For convenience, follow-up appointments can be self-scheduled through the MindWeal app. If you need assistance, call us at 618-310-0085.
  • Billing Inquiries: Allow up to three business days for a response to billing-related questions.
