  • Do you offer payment plans?

    No. Payment is due in full at the time of service. With insurance, your copay is due on the day of your visit, and you are responsible for any balance once your claim has been processed. With DirectPay, the full visit cost is due on the day of your appointment.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment for Self-Pay visits is due in full on the day of service and is automatically charged securely to the card stored on file — simple and convenient.

  • What if my visit runs shorter or longer?

    A new patient evaluation is a flat fee, regardless of time, and includes the M-Wise™ assessment, your provider visit, treatment plan, and platform access.   • Can I use HSA/FSA cards for self-pay?

    In most cases, yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, our PCI-certified partner. Whether a charge goes through depends on how your card is set up by your bank or plan administrator.   • Are self-pay fees refundable if I cancel?

    Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment (excluding weekends and holidays) for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are also charged $50, with the remaining balance refunded.

  • Can I still submit for out-of-network reimbursement?

    Yes. We provide a superbill (detailed receipt with billing and CPT codes) after your visit, which you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

  • Can I switch to insurance later if my coverage changes?

    Yes. If your new plan is accepted, we’ll begin billing your insurance. If not, you can continue with Self-Pay and request a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please update your insurance information directly on the MindWeal platform/app so our billing team always has the most accurate details.
