  • Do you offer payment plans?

    No. Payment is due in full at the time of service. With insurance, your copay is due on the day of your visit, and you are responsible for any balance once your claim has been processed. With DirectPay, the full visit cost is due on the day of your appointment.

  • Do you provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement?

    Yes. Upon request, we will provide a superbill (a detailed receipt with billing codes, sometimes called CPT codes) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If your insurer requires additional documentation, we are happy to provide that as well.

  • How do I get a copy of my billing statement?

    You can request a copy by contacting our billing department. The fastest way is through the secure billing channel on the MindWeal platform. You may also call and select the billing extension. After a bill becomes due, we send text reminders and, if unpaid after one month, a paper statement.

  • What if I have questions about my coverage?

    Reach us through the billing channel on the MindWeal platform, by phone (billing extension), or through our website chatbot. For plan-specific details, contact your insurance company directly.
