Canceling your MindWeal appointment is simple. Either respond to the appointment reminder you get 1-2 weeks in advance or use the platform, chatbot, or call us. Please note that a $50 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (weekends and holidays excluded). We strive to balance flexibility with efficient appointment management for all our patients.
