If you use insurance: Your copay is charged automatically on the day of your visit. After we submit the claim to your insurance company, any remaining balance is billed separately. You’ll receive up to three text reminders, each with a secure payment link processed by ClearGage (another PCI-certified partner).
If you use DirectPay: The full cost of your visit is charged automatically on the day of your appointment, processed securely by Stripe.
