When do I have to pay for services?


If we accept your insurance: We bill your insurance company first. After your claim is processed, you are responsible for any remaining balance.

If we do not accept your insurance: Full payment is due on the day of your appointment. We can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt with billing codes) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible partial or full reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
