Canceling your MindWeal appointment is simple. You can respond to the appointment reminder sent 1-2 weeks in advance, or you can request a cancellation using the secure messaging feature on the MindWeal app or by calling us directly. Please note that a $50 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (weekends and holidays excluded). We strive to balance flexibility with efficient appointment management for all our patients.
