Rescheduling with MindWeal is straightforward. You can respond to the appointment reminder sent 1-2 weeks prior to your visit. Alternatively, you can request to reschedule using the secure messaging feature on the MindWeal app or by calling us directly. Please remember a $50 late cancellation fee is charged for rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment (excluding weekends and holidays).
